Secluded yet easily accessible, Casa Anna provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The luxurious four-bedroom villa offers both tranquillity and easy access to destinations in Tuscany, Umbria and beyond.

Guests are able enjoy the privacy and al fresco living afforded by Casa Anna’s inviting terraces and to take pleasure in the villa’s outstanding views. There is a large swimming pool and the south facing grounds are surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Although private and peaceful, the villa is not remote, being within a short walk (200m) of the local community. Venturing a little further, the sights, culture and atmosphere of the surrounding picturesque towns and villages may be experienced.

Set in grounds of one acre, at 6oo metres above sea level, Casa Anna offers outstanding views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The pretty garden is terraced and south facing and the grounds are completely enclosed by a secure fence, with electric gates to control admission.

Dining outside, or "al fresco", is one of the great pleasures of being in Umbria. The kitchen and living room of Casa Anna open onto a paved terrace. Dine at the locally crafted ceramic table and enjoy breathtaking views across the valley.

A lower terrace provides an ideal suntrap for leisurely breakfasts and there is, also, a large pizza oven and barbecue for guests to use. Help yourself to salad, fruit and vegetables from the garden, or shop at the local markets, and prepare your own meals using the freshest of Italian ingredients.

Although you will probably want to spend most of your time on the terraces or by the side of the pool, we have, also, fitted Casa Anna with comfortable internal spaces for dining, relaxing and enjoying each other's company.

The villa has four bedrooms (two double, one with up to 3 single beds, one with a single bed) three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room. The spacious lounge has an open fireplace, dining area, widescreen TV and DVD player.
